The Court has issued an order preventing the removal of Raja Collure from the post of Chairman of the Communist Party of Sri Lanka.
The Colombo District Court issued the order today after Raja Collure challenged his removal from the party.
The Communist Party had announced this week that it had removed Raja Collure from his post with immediate effect.
He was removed over a decision taken as Governor of the North Western Province. (Colombo Gazette)
