The death toll from the coronavirus crossed the 15,000 mark in Sri Lanka today, the Ministry of Health said.
According to the Health Ministry, another 24 deaths linked to the virus were confirmed in Sri Lanka today.
The 24 deaths had occurred yesterday (January 01) and were confirmed by the Health Ministry today.
The latest victims included 20 males and 04 females, the Health Ministry said.
The coronavirus death toll in Sri Lanka reached 15,019 today. (Colombo Gazette)
