Central Bank Governor Ajith Nivard Cabraal has resigned from his post.
Cabraal tweeted saying that in the context of all Cabinet Ministers resigning, he has also submitted his resignation as Governor.
The Governor said that he submitted his resignation to President Gotabaya Rajapaksa.
