Two youth drowned at sea in Magalkanda, Beruwela today.
The Police said that the two youth had gone with another individual to bath in the sea.
Strong currents had dragged away the three youth aged between 17 years and 19 years.
One person was rescued but the other two had drowned.
The two who had drowned were rushed to hospital but were pronounced dead. (Colombo Gazette)
